Backend Developer - Agentic

In this role, you’ll spend less time typing every line of code and more time reviewing, testing, and refining what our AI systems produce.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Future: Design and implement LLM-based workflows.
• Quality Control: Review AI-generated code to ensure reliability and safe behaviour.
• Break Things: Find where AI might fail and build "safety nets" to keep systems reliable.
• Experiment: Test the latest models and prompting tricks to see what works.

What We Need

• 5+ Years in Dev: You know your way around a codebase.
• Go Expert: 3+ years of professional Go experience (Concurrency, Channels, Error Handling).
• The Basics: Git, Docker, Linux, and REST APIs.
• Data: Strong SQL skills and experience with Vector Databases.
• Collaborator: Enough Vue.js (or similar) to discuss implementation details with the frontend team.

Salary Range

• Depending on your experience 65,000 – 100,000 USD
• Achievable quarterly bonus: up to 15% of your salary
