# Backend Developer - Agentic

In this role, you’ll spend less time typing every line of code and more time **reviewing, testing, and refining** what our AI systems produce.

### **What You’ll Do**

- **Build the Future:** Design and implement LLM-based workflows.
- **Quality Control:** Review AI-generated code to ensure reliability and safe behaviour.
- **Break Things:** Find where AI might fail and build "safety nets" to keep systems reliable.
- **Experiment:** Test the latest models and prompting tricks to see what works.

### **What We Need**

- **5+ Years in Dev:** You know your way around a codebase.
- **Go Expert:** 3+ years of professional Go experience (Concurrency, Channels, Error Handling).
- **The Basics:** Git, Docker, Linux, and REST APIs.
- **Data:** Strong SQL skills and experience with Vector Databases.
- **Collaborator:** Enough Vue.js (or similar) to discuss implementation details with the frontend team.

### **Salary Range**

- Depending on your experience 65,000 – 100,000 USD
- Achievable quarterly bonus: up to 15% of your salary
